After a remarkably strong 2018 with their Creature Habits Mixtape and a pair of double-singles, Easy Life kicks off 2019 with their Spaceships Mixtape. Departing a bit from the warm and sunny qualities of their earlier work, the project pushes the band's sound in a strong direction with more diversity across the tracks. Among our favorites, "Wet Weekend" and "Basics" employ some more experimental hip-hop elements and reminiscent tones, while "Afters" crafts a soothing, jazzy pop atmosphere with an irresistible charm.
