E.R.A. has seen himself positioned on our pages a few times in the past, with some solid singles and an extraordinarily underrated EP, The Dream Act, but to say that the ATL artist has achieved what status he ought to have already assumed would be a grave violation of the truth. The thing is, E.R.A. is more concerned with the quality of his bars than he is with the hype said bars obtain, and, despite coming through with consistent quality, it's a sleeping population that continues to overlook the pleasingly lyrical offerings E.R.A. continues to emit. "Our Turn" represents the latest from the up-and-comer, and also serves as another introduction to his upcoming project, which we're heard to be pretty impressive itself. The track mirrors what enthused attitude E.R.A. harbors, and the nostalgic boom-bap instrumental behind him really surrounds his sound with additional amiability. "Our Turn" is an incredibly well-natured effort, championing gracefulness and intellect simultaneously, and Breeze Card Chronicles, his upcoming body of work, seems destined to continue the sonic sweetness.
