Dvsn, a new R&B artist from Canada (he's also affiliated with Drake's OVO Sound), has made quick work of impressing everyone over the past two months with the three very good tracks he's released. Now, back with a brand-new track in "Hallucinations", the newcomer is about to be to heralded as one of the best new R&B acts around. It's a big statement with so many talented up-and-comers out, but when you hear how magnificent this new track of his is, it's only a matter of stating the obvious, because it's easily one of the best songs in the genre this year.
