If you're looking for the most talented up-and-coming artists in R&B (or any other genre, for that matter) Toronto is where you want to have your five senses focused at (phenomenal acts like PLAZA and dvsn prove our point). We were introduced just now to (another) promising new act from the city named DUTCH, and, judging from his latest cut, "NO MEASURE", it's only a matter of time before he truly blows up. With the right blend of synth-heavy, genre-bending production and unusually sophisticated vocals, DUTCH provides a refreshing sound on the genre mentioned above. We can't really pinpoint a specific vibe from what he has to offer, but, rather than let that dismay us, we're just going to let ourselves be extremely impressed and hope for more material from him to come soon.
