Dutch Melrose, an artist-producer from Los Angeles, is like any creative just starting up. He wants people to hear his music, and, while he's been releasing music on his SoundCloud page for over two years now, we'd say he's never really had his break yet. With "Because It Mattered", his latest single, however, we think he has his most appealing one to date, and, though it's a bit down the middle of the pop variety, there's still enough flavor here to standout, and we think people are going to dig.
