A few months ago, Torontonian up-and-comer DUTCH released one of the smoothest, most sensual R&B tracks of the year in "NO MEASURE". Now, he's returning with a bolder, harder-hitting sound on new effort "FREE UP". Right from its first floor-shaking bass hit, the track introduces a sultry mood that's carried forward by clean vocals (but dirty lyrics), heavy synths, and sparse but striking percussion. Although we were quite impressed by his first track, we're now totally convinced that DUTCH is one of the brightest new names in R&B, so be sure to hop on the bandwagon early as you listen to "FREE UP" below.
