If there was a song that was near-impossible to remix in 2014, it would be Duke Dumont's flawless flip of Whitney Houston's "My Love Is Your Love". We've heard a few remixes that have attempted to supplant the sound so far, but everything we've come across has fallen flat. For Kilter, though, there was nothing flat about his own result. Since dropping out the steel drum synth was simply out of the question, Kilter wisely kept them, maneuvering his remix around new percussions parts. And while Kilter didn't manage to outdo the original (an action that's basically impossible), he still offered us a new angle on the track to appreciate it in a new light.
