We're pretty sure that the majority of NWTS remixes have been played out, and probably forgotten about, by now. There'll always be those coming in "late" to the party, however, ready to crash it with their own brand of excellence, and we're thinking that Sacramento's RU (AREYOU) is one of those individuals. His latest offering, an interpretation of Drake and Jhene's breathtaking "From Time" single, gets slowed way down, and Drake's omission from the track allows for another level of sensuality to be layered upon what stimulation exists already in the track. RU throws on some supplementary instrumentation overtop Jhene's salacious singing, illuminating the dynamic juxtaposition between her airy voice and his knocking percussion. Listen below.
