At first glance, Dodgr might appear to be a brand-new name, but she's actually been around for several years under a longer moniker, The Last Artful, Dodgr. Now, the LA-born, Portland-based artist appears to be relaunching her brand to an extent, and she's off to a terrific start with her first two singles, "HOT" and "Wrong Way". Both are airtight pieces of hip-hop/R&B, and, with "HOT" getting placed on HBO's expertly curated Euphoria, she'll definitely attract new fans from here.
