Disaster In The Universe are a new group coming out of Oslo, Norway who you could say are habitual genre-line steppers. From tropical-pop, to psychedelic-rock, Disaster In The Universe sway back and forth between all these different genres never allowing you to pigeon-hole them in one specific genre. If I were to get a few cheap comparisons in, I would compare them to a 2008 Hockey (the band) and a less electronic version of Empire Of The Sun. With only a few songs out on their Soundcloud right now, Disaster In The Universe are just getting started. But judging from the energy exuding from these songs, I don't suspect these guys will be staying in Norway for the rest of their lives. I smell something bigger brewing here...
