German producer Dinnerdate has made a name for himself by remixing tracks for the likes of Jose Gonazlez, Last Lynx, and many more, and while remixing others' work is always a fun endeavor, it's the original kind that most likely takes on the biggest reward. "Memoire" is not the first original Simon Hoppe (Dinnerdate) has released, mind you, but it's his newest one in over eight months, and if you've ever wondered what he's capable of on the all-original tip, all your questions will be answered with what is a constantly evolving, impressive track that could be considered his best work to date.
