Devon Baldwin is putting out tracks on the 21st of each month, and, this month, she has her second output of the new project, "Heights Like These". The track is built on the foundation of beautifully layered vocals that are distorted just barely, but enough to make the track's opening have an epic feel. Before the one minute-mark is up, the track opens to further instrumentation and the soft, yearning vocal that Devon's made a staple in her pop creations, and a more sophisticated effort is created as a result.
