Becoming a fan of Montreal's Dear Frederic might be the easiest thing you have to do all week, because after one listen to his debut single, "Outlast", and you'll be instantly hooked to his sound. Led by addicting guitar melodies, a big, radio-worthy chorus, and flawlessly executed vocals that reach incredible heights, it's safe to say that "Outlast" is a smashing debut. Expect more fantastic material to follow from the producer and multi-instrumentalist that goes by the name of Charles Huot, because the world needs it.
