We've been wondering when Dave B, a Seattle-based rapper, is going to blow up, because the guy's material over the past few years certainly has warranted that. As we all know, however, sometimes things just take time to fall into place, and although he's not quite at the level we thought he might be at by now, the rapper is still creating some fantastic tunes. "Don't Matter" is the latest track to emerge on Dave B's SoundCloud page, and, although it's pretty short, it's enough to hear (again) that the guy has a lot of potential and still could do something big ahead.
