As if you weren’t already excited about all the new electronic R&B music coming out of the UK and beyond lately, it’s time you add another newcomer to your list: Hertfordshire’s Tom Butler (Darkly). Electing to drop two tracks at once, “Touch” and “Stay Close” serve as the bait this singer-songwriter is putting out there for music lovers worldwide, and once people catch one listen, the hook will never be coming out. That being said, it’s become the norm will all new artists putting demos out to see them taken down if a label scoops up the artist (which is a strong-looking reality in Darkly’s case), so act accordingly and digest these tracks while you can.
