Daniel Wilson has made a name for himself over the past year with his stunning vocals and heartfelt songwriting on tracks like "Please Dream Again" and "Will You" (both can be found on his debut EP Young Rubbish). Today, however, we're seeing something completely different from the singer-songwriter, because on his new single, "Killed Ya", the Detroit-based vocalist has gone rogue and has dived into a sound that could only be described as a cross between Black Keys-esque grunge meets David Bowie circa 1970's rock. It's quite the bold departure from what we've heard so far, but we're loving the new direction.
