The follow-up to "Out Of Touch" keeps the same warm production palette, Reo Cragun's voice holding the melodic center while the arrangement fills in gradually around it. "Criteria" is a little more direct in its phrasing, which suits the subject matter. Two strong records from the same session and both hold up individually.
