Dave Luxe always comes correct with his bass-infused electronic vibes, and as we see on his remix of Daktyl's "Do Without" as part of a remix EP released today through Cosmonostro, nothing has changed in that regard. The original, displaying soaring melodies and layers of lush, electrifying instrumentations is kept well-intact here, though a more atmospherical idea is utilized as well to pry open the sound just a bit. Dave definitely goes for a cosmic feel on his remix here, and he succeeds greatly in doing so. The aforementioned inclusion of bass, a dynamic tempo, and scores of minute details each work to solidify the offering, which is our favorite from the EP mentioned above.
