After years of dropping energetic remixes and dynamic originals, England's Daktyl has become a veteran of crafting vibrant electronic sounds. On his latest release, "6 Letters", we are treated to a somewhat chiller affair featuring countrymen Aqulio, and the collaboration sounds so organic that you'd never realize the single took two years and three locations to complete. With a slow, evolving instrumental (and the chorus featuring vigorous synth stabs), "6 Letters" combines an interesting duality of boisterous energy and stripped-back vulnerability as well.
