Far from the depths of braggadocio are the CunninLynguists, The Grouch, and Eligh—three underappreciated hip-hop acts and artists we've covered since our site's inception. There's really no way of properly discounting the quality raps and productions they've all offered over the years (several albums from each confirm this beyond a reasonable doubt), and while we wade agitatedly through the present-day "emotional rap" era, we'll fall back again and again on the more timeless tracks that the lot of individuals above provide. Today, the talented emcees let loose an EP to commemorate the successful year they've all had, and the result is five full tracks of absolutely quality rhymes over classic, head-nod-inspiring production from Kno, the CunninLynguists' longtime producer (the other two efforts on the EP, an introduction and conclusion, combine for just a minute and a half of music).
