"Dying Breed" is the second track released from the upcoming CunninLynguists album, Strange Journey Vol. 3, that was completely crowdsourced prior to its making in regards to A&R'ing. Fans voted on what rappers to feature as well as which producers to contribute their beats to the project. For most, this would be tough to pull off, but for the CunninLynguists who have a rabid and dedicated fanbase and following, it worked perfectly. "Dying Breed" evidences this fact, because as far as seamlessness goes, the production Thomax provides here fits CL's sound perfectly. Look for Strange Journey Vol. 3 (dropping on April 1st) to be one of the year's best hip-hop albums.
