We first introduced electronic artist and vocal talent Crux about five months ago, and what particularly impressed us about him was how polished his work was at such an early stage. Today, he's given us a brand-new track in the form of "Can't Stop" from his upcoming debut EP, Exodus, and he's shared some thoughts on the body of work as well. "The title Exodus was chosen because I think it refers to the sensation of exile or loneliness that people struggle with. But an exodus is a path, and one that ultimately should end in a renewal of self. I think it’s an important part of life that we need to go through to really find out both the beautiful and nasty things about ourselves." "Can't Stop" sees the aforementioned ideas throughout, and swinging, bass-filled breakdowns together with immersive, downcast vocal deliveries give the track its feel. It hits its most appreciable stage on its hooks and memorable chorus, and fans of several sonic palettes will be thoroughly impressed with the work put forth. Exodus will appear Saturday, April 23.
