An act that’s been around since the formulation of trap music itself, Los Angeles' coyote kisses, somewhat vanished over the past year in terms of any fresh material, but today, they've spontaneously come together again and pushed forward their sonic campaign with the appropriately titled “revive”. You would think that being absent from such a rapidly growing genre would overturn their initial reputation, but from the sounds and structures employed on their piece, you can tell they’ve been more than observant with the continual evolution of the style. With the use of chant-like vocal cuts, emphatic synths, and scintillating drums, “revive” certainly speaks for itself, and what’s even more astonishing is that this is the first time the pair has experimented in this subsection of the genre. They’ve executed in all aspects like any other seasoned act, and for that reason, we're shining light on the effort today.
