Cougar is an instrumental group from Madison, WI that has been self described as "emergency rock". Their instrumentals will go from a chilling standpoint to absolute mayhem with incredibly loud guitars that prompt immediate attention. I guess that's why they call it "emergency rock" because if your sitting there in a daze letting the music play out you will be awoken by a blast of guitars that will feel like an ambulance is trying to pass you on the road and you didn't see it because you were listening to music too loud and not paying attention.
