We don't know how we allowed this original collaboration between Cosmic Quest and Molly Williams, a producer and artist, respectively, to slip through the cracks here at HD, but we're glad the former checked in with us about the track, because we absolutely dig it. It's kind of interesting to note that, though the sonic glam on the track sounds like an effort put together by lifelong friends, it was by accident that the two found, and subsequently worked, with each other. We thank the stars that they did indeed meet, though, because what they've managed to put together with "Water Winds" is some of the most fanciful indie-electronic we've heard all year. It's the kind of track that'll have you reminiscing about past relationships and fantasizing about future hookups, so listen responsibly, but also as often as you need.
