The last chapter of 2015 has just been written, and with not one, but two EPs released in the latter half of the year, you would think Brighton duo MIAMIGO would be using this traditional downtime to sit back and reflect on the success that their hard work has earned. Luckily for us, the industrious nature of the boys have seen them continue to work and deliver a rather rambunctious take on “Hollow Life” by Los Angeles duo Coast Modern, and their trading percussion rolls for nostalgic synth arrangements enables the flip to become a funk-driven anthem and one of the year’s first great remixes out.
