Donald Glover is known mostly for his rapping (outside of his acting), but over the years, the man with the Childish Gambino moniker has shown glimpses of his singing abilities, and now we hear his voice at its best as he goes strictly R&B for the newest track, "Sober", to emerge off his forthcoming mixtape, STN MTN/KAUAI. Interestingly, the track is labeled as "rough" on his SoundCloud (typically meaning it's yet to be mixed properly), and though we're not sure why he's releasing the effort in this state, we're still enjoying it nonetheless. There's no release date for his mixtape yet, but stay tuned as we're likely to find out soon. Also, it's fair to expect this mixtape to be a two-part series that might break down each tape into different genres (STN MTN could be a rapping tape, and KAUAI, the slow-jam R&B counterpart). Speculation certainly abounds, but we'll be keeping busy with Gambino's latest creation here for the time being.
