It's been two years since we discovered chelsea cutler, a rising artist from New England who first caught our attention with her endearing sound. Since, she's released a handful of original tracks and a few collaborations as well, and, though they've all faired pretty well, with her latest release, "your shirt", we think she's the kind that's going to put her even more on the map.
