If you've been catching some feelings as of late, French-Canadian Charlotte Cardin is the songstress for you, because her latest track, "Like It doesn't Hurt" is a minimal, sultry masterpiece that is bound to turn heads and shape hearts. It is truly mind-blogging to hear the level of effortless range and fluidity packed within Charlotte's vocals here, and the emotion she's able to churn out is brilliant as well. The production of the piece is, itself, very basic, but it still compliments the overall aesthetics of the track well. Montreal-based rapper Husser is featured as the track goes on, too, and he adds a striking contrast to the ever-ethereal elements presented earlier on. It's quite evident why Charlotte chose this specific cut to be released before her forthcoming EP, and we're absolutely stoked to see where she'll take us with her material next.
