Castle & Q—a songwriting and producer duo from Sydney, Australia—is likely at the very earliest stages of their music-making relationship. Their SoundCloud page shows two songs that have only been on there for a month, and between the two, there are moments we love, and others we'd probably tweak just a bit. Still, there's a definitive appeal to their sound, and we're impressed especially with the delicate vocals and soft, slightly vintage-sounding production from Candice Casagrande and Brad Dymock, respectfully. Their first track, "Jump", evidences the traits wonderfully, and its whole, easygoing presentation have us surely focused on the two moving forward. Purchase "Jump" on iTunes.
