Australia seems to be an ongoing theme on HD, and rightly so, with fresh talent popping up often in a variety of genres. Today's batch comes in the form of Melbourne-based duo Casper Cult’s first offering, “Industrial Love”—plucked from their later-in-the-year-dropping debut EP—and set to release on On Dry Cry Records, the inaugural piece provides an apt insight into the two's sound with Alisha Lindsell emitting euphoric vibes on the vocal front, and producer Dylan Hill skillfully portraying his pure, surprisingly imposing ilk of electronic alongside. Through the crafty, filtering fluctuations and powdery percussive elements employed by Dylan, to the appropriately transpiring voice of Alisha's, we’re thoroughly savoring what the duo has to offer here, and with their EP around the corner, there’s no question the two will be perking ears in the days to come.
