We get it. You see the word "remix", and sometimes, even oftentimes, you roll your eyes. Remember, though, that there are still the occasional efforts that are deserving of your attention, and such ones as Lakechild's of Cajsa Siik's "Higher" here prove that fact to be true. The German duo has here taken the originally mellow ballad, added upbeat, dance-appropriate synth melodies, and turned it into something that's not hard at all to appreciate. We think you'll enjoy it greatly, and we hope it'll serve as a reminder (if you need one) to look at remixes in a bit of a refreshed light.
