Bryson Tiller is unquestionably the pioneer of the new wave of electronic-R&B, and, while all credit certainly goes to his debut, platinum-certified album T R A P S O U L, the Kentucky-based singer is back again today with another hit-packed second LP titled True to Self. Originally set for a June 23 release, it seems Tiller couldn't keep his fans waiting, as the body of work is out on all streaming platforms now. Production from the likes of J-Louis, IAMNOBODI, Gravez, and others help give it appeal, and highlights from our side include the catchy "Self-Made" and bass-heavy, absorbing numbers "We Both Know" and "Teach Me a Lesson". Overall, it's still too early to make sweeping assumptions about the project yet, but Bryson is showing he's no one-hit wonder after the incredible success his debut studio album had.
