There was a time not too long ago when so-called "gatekeepers" wouldn't give a group of creatives calling themselves a boy band the time of day. So, in response, what did this group of artists do with their big ideas and lack of funds and overall support? They hunkered down, mastered multiple crafts, and made products that were undeniable.
