With the refined sound of a veteran, the Brooklyn-based, one-man-show, BOOTS, is back to follow up "Dust" with his newly minted track, "Howl". Although BOOTS is only a few tracks deep into his career, he's no rookie, and with the previous work he provided for Beyonce's last album, it's clear that BOOTS didn't just fluke out like so many others. The talent is there and has been there for quite some time now, and as he personifies on "Howl", there's more to come from his wealth of talent.
