Sometimes songs take a second or third listen to really sink in. They don't have to be bad or even on the fence, though, for this to be the case. They can be really, really dope, too, while just taking time to truly leave their mark. That's the case with "One And Only", the incredibly dynamic, sunny debut track from Australian newcomers BLESSED. Packed within the track is enough energy to take any new listener by surprise, but not all is lost within the madness of the different sounds. There is, within the work, a distinct one that they'll be able to call their own, and, though they list the likes of raw-sounding legends Jimi Hendrix and The Clash as inspirations for their work, it's extremely rare to hear just how refined a sound they have out of the gate. We are absolutely certain that once others hear what they've got here, too, that it's only a matter of time before this band will be able to break through.
