Well, it's another Friday, so we get another new blackbear track. While last week brought to us one of his heaviest bangers yet with the Tinashe-assisted "up in this", blackbear has now toned things down with quintessential LA heartbreak song "santa monica & la brea", which we're enjoying equally well. "Santa monica & la brea" embodies everything about a lonely drive through the night, and, although blackbear makes some of our favorite upbeat tracks, he excels equally in the realm of slower, emotive works, as seen here.
