The last time we featured Billy Lockett was with "Wide Eyed", a piano and falsetto-led ballad that really hooked us in. Today, Billy's back with "Hands Tied", and, again, we're given a falsetto-laden treat our ears are sinking right in to. This one is for singer-songwriter fans, for sure, and, if Billy keeps this up with subsequent releases, he'll become a bigger name in no time at all.
