Within the endless current of new music, it’s difficult for anyone to keep up with all that’s coming out. To combat this ongoing influx of sound, we publish our “Best New Artists of the Month” articles in the hopes that you never miss out on the outstanding new artists emerging in recent times. Billie Eilish [track id="00951442" artist="Billie Eilish" title="Ocean Eyes"] When we posted incredible track "Ocean Eyes" by newcomer Billie Eilish, we had no idea at all she was/is only just a teen (she's the impossibly young age of 13 given the insane talent that she has). We know age is just a number, too, but when you've the kind of talent that she has, it really needs to be brought into the mix. Since we posted that aforementioned track, we've seen it balloon in plays to the tune of tens of thousands, and we've another helped spawn a nice Astronomyy edit as a result. We imagine this is all just the beginning for the up-and-comer, and the more people that hear her incredible voice, the sooner she will be on her way to blowing up and she truly deserves to do. Sara Hartman [track id="00951382" artist="Sara Hartman" title="Monster Lead Me Home"] Sara Hartman is heading for the radio, chart success, and various other big things. Her first-ever track released a few weeks ago, "Monster Lead Me Home", is all you need to hear to realize this, and that fact that she's already represented by the same management as Milky Chance and is also currently inked within Universal Music Group is testament to her trajectory heading up. Us echoing her potential is just a necessary act. Tsar B [track id="00951432" artist="Tsar B" title="Escalate"] When we look for potential in new artists, we look at the whole package (their voice, attitude, press shots, etc.), and it's safe to say that with Tsar B, a new pop artist from Belgium, she's got it all. Yes, she only has one track out in "Escalate", but based on everything we've heard and seen from her thus far in it, she's nailed down a variety of reasons why we think she'll rise up soon. KINGDM [track id="00951391" artist="KINGDM" title="Can't get over you"] KINGDM is a new duo that dropped an instantly infectious, pop radio-ready, dance-infused debut in "Can't get over you", and, if you've already heard the track, it's likely been repeated a few times since it dropped a few weeks ago. Information is still scarce on the duo, but we've absolutely no doubts that the material they have in waiting is going to have them becoming very big in a short amount of time. cam jones. [track id="00951376" artist="cam jones." title="Change Up (prod. by Nerd Beats)"][track id="00951375" artist="cam jones." title="The City ft. El Plaga (prod. by BNJMN)"] We really don't like a lot of rap out, but the kind that we do like we like very, very much. When we came across new artist cam jones. and a couple of his most recent tracks a few weeks ago, we were completely ecstatic, and, still, we've had his work on steady repeat since. While he doesn't necessarily bring anything obviously novel or groundbreaking to the table, what he does bring is a collection of traits at a high level that we don't often see. He's gifted lyrically, extremely adept at picking beats, and in possession of a flow that we just can't get out of our heads. We're expecting the world to catch on sooner rather than later to all of that, and, while the masses do wake up to the talent that he has, we'll be waiting patiently for a new release of his to come. Etham [track id="00951498" artist="Etham" title="Gone In The Morning"][track id="00950964" artist="Etham" title="Cold Love"] You don't have to be an expert or avid music listener to recognize the talent Etham has. At the ripe age of 18, he's already presenting the type of vocal ability that only superstars possess, and we wouldn't argue with any claims that he's already well on his way to the star-studded heights. We aren't sure exactly when his debut EP, Neo - Romance, will be released, but we're quite confident that it'll be an outstanding one that'll shoot his stock up, so make sure you keep a keen ear out for that. Sad Money [track id="00951408" artist="Sad Money & Josh J." title="As Time Goes By"][track id="00951113" artist="Nyne" title="Can't Sleep Alone (Sad Money Remix)"][track id="00951112" artist="Kehlani & Charlie Puth" title="Hotline Bling (Sad Money Remix)"] Ever since he popped up about a month ago, Los Angeles producer Sad Money has released more tracks than many acts do in a full year. Of course, the mere quantity of tracks wouldn't impress us if it weren't for their consistently spectacular quality, and, amazingly, they surely have been that. His smooth, refreshing, creative blend of electronic has established him as one of the most exciting new producers out, and you can bet we'll be paying close attention to his next moves whenever they are made.
