The most impactful artists are able to relay messages through digestible works of art, and this is a skill Ben Zaidi has mastered. We caught his depressing worldview communicated gracefully on "Breakfast in Manhattan", and, here on "Cherrypiccing", we receive it again. The new single finds Ben wrestling with the unhealthy status quo of only sharing the good moments from our lives on social media, and he packages his commentary in earworm melodies and (very) pleasant sounds.
