Upon further research, Bas hails from Queens, NY and just released his Quarter Water Raised Me, Vol. 2 mixtape. He holds his own once again with Cole, showing off his talent over the sample-heavy, key-laden beat. "Lit" is off the new tape, and it's definitely a great track.
