Banoffee is an artist that simply fails to bore, and that's particularly because she's one of the few artists who's not fastened with a single sonic style. Her allure is one continually ascending, and, on her latest, five-track EP, Do I Make You Nervous?, we get intriguing, high-caliber works that are difficult not to fall right in to. There's much to delve into this project here, and the enticingly unpredictable tempos and stirring vocals of Martha Brown (Banoffee) are just some of the elements we're taking greatly to. Each track follows a unique sonic path, and while pieces like "I'm Not Sorry" and "Oceans" expose her R&B expertise, another favorite, "Body Suit", takes an altogether different route with buoyant cadences riding alongside her effortless flows.
