We understand that there have been plenty of BANKS remixes this year, and also that we have loved and posted many of them. We've a general rule of thumb, though, and that's that we tend never to ignore new remixes of popular originals, because you just never know who's going to light it up with an inspired reinterpretation. Today, LA producers Templeton & Sleepy Cat make our pages with their intriguing remix of "Waiting Game". Between the shuffling drums, wood blocks, drum & bass influences, and Kavinsky-esque synth chords, this remix never really finds its footing in one specific place, which isn't to say that its coherence is absent, rather, that it's a dynamic effort by the pair worthy of your ears.
