BANKS is no stranger to the art of a dark, electronic-pop song, and that's what we love her for. She's been relatively quiet since 2017, but "Gimme", the first track off of her forthcoming third album, is a welcome reintroduction, and we're entirely happy to showcase it here. (Definitely go give it a listen.) Like a lot of her other works, "Gimme" is (lyrically) hard-hitting and all about empowerment, and, produced by a stellar team of Hudson Mohawke, Kito, and BJ Burton, it fully leans into electronic production. This brings originality to the song, and it has us excited to hear what more is in store.
