It's been quite some time since we've posted any music from the collaboratively associative genres of this here track. It's nothing we have against the particular type of electronic dance music, though, just that it's reign as the generic king of exciting and underground music has come to a kind of close. And while we've no care whether music is known or unknown or popping or dropping, we've responsibility to keep with what we're coming across as well as to dig for future brilliance in audible form. The UK production duo, Azedia, has recently released the first track off of their upcoming album, Life Goes On, which is dropping on Decemeber 9. According to the artists, it's a project that's been two years in the works, and with the effort on his "Thunder & Lightning" single, that fact is made readily apparent. It's a grand atmosphere inherent to it, and is fairly reminiscent of a sparkling effort offered by Ellie Goulding, coupled with the kind of bass that she works so well with. There's plenty of rumble on "Thunder & Lightning" too, which may not be surprising given the name, some inconspicuous piano, more conspicuous percussion, and other instrumental nuances to go along with some of the most gorgeous vocals I've had the priviledge of listening to lately. The aforementioned attributes have got me very excited for the forthcoming album of Azedia's, especially since this is the only work I've of theirs to have had impress upon me. I'd strongly recommend acquainting yourself with the producers by listening immediately and attentively to their spectacular work below, and I'd make damn sure that you mark the date of December 9 on your calendar.
