Through erratic off-kilter 8 bit production and crystalline female-fronted vocals, the sound of Melboune's AXOLOTL is definitely not for the faint of heart. As they best exemplify on their standout track, "Electricity", creating the same old kind of pop music is not going to be in the cards for this status-quo pushing group.
