Enigmatic producer Auram has kept our intrigue continuously high with every new release of his. Listen to any of the Vancouver-based producer's sounds, and you will notice a pattern in his work, one that captures the emotion of original tracks while bolstering them with a mix of melancholy and buoyancy. Here taking Waterstrider's cover of Little Dragon's, "Twice", he peels apart layers and arranges a sonic story by building more drum textures and dimensions into the track, leaving behind a fairytale of impactful elements. The track exhales a surge of energy around the four-minute mark, but wait a minute-and-a-half later, and you'll be greeted by steroid-esque sonic feels all over again. So while "Never Again" spans a relatively long time for a remix, rest assured that it's one you'll not mind playing all the way through.
