Astronomyy is a name featured on this blog frequently, as we are always impressed with the material the UK singer-producer puts out. On his newest EP here, Rest In Paradise, we hear him at his truest and most authentic yet, and, while the sunny, five-track EP offers familiar favorites like "Don't Need U" and "Things I'd Do For U", new tracks such as "Hypnotized" and "Everythin' on My Mind", too, prove additionally worthwhile examples of his sound. The project's title track proves to be its strongest, however, and what rock elements and ambient vocals are on it perhaps hint at a style change for him as he progresses toward his debut album. We're certainly not rushing him for an LP, though, because we are quite enjoying the sounds of Rest In Paradise on their own. (Below, catch tracks from the project, and stream all on Spotify.)
