"Pack Of Wolves" is the third track we've heard from astronomyy's debut EP, There For U, and it's another winner (we're not surprised). It's becoming the norm for the king of the surf guitar to swoon us with his R&B antics, and "Pack Of Wolves" is further testament to his overall allure. Perhaps one of the most promising aspects about astronomyy's new material is the differing factors between each. "Nothin On My Mind" is a guitar-led affair with minimal additions (production-wise), "U Make Me Feel Good" is sill carried by the guitar, but takes its lead with heavy-set percussion, and now on "Pack Of Wolves", we find subtle electronic sweeps accenting the overall sound. The nuances are subtle, but its noticeable when running through the tracks in succession, so there's no doubt when the EP drops on July 28th, the rest of it will follow in creative suit.
