We're not sure how or why it works so well, but when it comes to house producers remixing other artists' work, namely, the indie-folk genre, things just seem more likely to pop. Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Milky Chance, Passenger, and now, Iceland's iconic Ásgier are all sonic conduits for the described sound, and there's really nothing better than hearing bouncy house behind the likes of those heralded talents. Don't get it twisted, though, there are some who think adding some simple drum loops and synth melodies are good enough, but not about that; rather, we're about efforts like this Saul Sweet remix of "King & Cross" that is so much more than just a few simple additions. What the Aussie producer employs here is instantly addicting, every bit deserving of our illumination of it, and completely worthy of your time and attention, so get to listening to it below.
